- The site left clean, with old material and fixings removed
What we will not do
We do not quote a roof we have not looked at, we do not promise a service life we cannot stand behind, and we do not tell you what your insurance policy covers — that is between you and your insurer. If a job is outside what we do well, we will say so.
Licensing and insurance
Roofing contractor licensing in the United States is regulated at state level, and in some places at county or city level, so requirements differ by location. We will provide our current licence details and certificates of general liability and workers' compensation insurance on request. We would encourage you to ask any contractor for the same, and to accept certificates issued directly by the insurer rather than forwarded copies.
